Saanvi Chat is the internal communication app used by Saanvi AVS staff for team messaging, attendance check-in, and lead/customer capture, built and operated by Saanvi AVS. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how it's handled, for anyone who installs it — employees, contractors, and reviewers.
Saanvi Chat is provided for use by Saanvi AVS personnel and is not intended for the general public. If you've received this app without being affiliated with Saanvi AVS, please uninstall it and contact us using the details in Section 12.0.
The table below is the complete list of personal and business data Saanvi Chat collects. We don't run advertising or analytics SDKs, and nothing here is collected for ad targeting.

Lead and attendance data is business information handled by employees in the course of their work at Saanvi AVS, subject to the same security practices as the rest of this policy.
Saanvi Chat only ever requests your location once, in the foreground, at the moment you check in for attendance — to match your check-in to the nearest registered branch. It does not track your location in the background, does not run while the app is closed, and does not build a location history.
Granting location access is optional: check-in still works without it, using the location tied to the keyword you check in with instead of a GPS match.
The app can read your photo library so you can choose a picture for your avatar or attach a site photo to an attendance or lead record. Saanvi Chat never accesses your camera directly — only the photo you actively pick from your gallery is uploaded.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver chat and attendance notifications to your device. This requires registering a device push token with Firebase — Google processes only what's needed to route the notification and doesn't receive your messages' content. Google's handling of this token is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not use your data to serve ads, and we do not build advertising profiles.
We don't sell personal data. It's shared only in these cases:
Chat data, attachments, and attendance/lead records are stored on servers operated by Saanvi AVS, not a third-party cloud vendor's managed database. Data is retained for as long as your account is active and as needed for business and legal record-keeping; when you delete a message, it's hidden immediately from all participants, while a backend copy may be retained for internal audit and dispute resolution.
Access to the underlying data is limited to authorized Saanvi AVS personnel who need it to operate and support the app.
You can review and update your profile information from within the app at any time. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details in Section 12.0 — we'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or business purposes.
Saanvi Chat is a workplace app intended for use by Saanvi AVS personnel and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to staff through the app or internal channels.
